Ways to travel

From ten people up, everything changes.

Under ten people you book like everyone else, on the hostel's own site. Above that, online booking stops working: you need rooms that sit together, meals agreed in advance, arrival times, and someone who answers a question with a sentence instead of a form.

The make-up matters

Thirty people are not thirty beds. We need numbers by gender, ages, how many group leaders and whether they sleep separately: which rooms can actually be used depends on it.

Meals are agreed first

Breakfast, half board, full board, packed lunches. All four hostels have a restaurant on site, so meals are arranged with the hostel instead of hunting for a place that seats thirty.

Arrivals

A coach in a historic centre has to be planned. Unloading, parking and timing are sorted beforehand, not at the door.

One person to talk to

Your enquiry reaches a person at the hostel you chose, who replies within two working days. There is no switchboard to get through.

What makes a quote useful

The bare minimum is destination, dates, number of people and the board you want. With those we can already tell you whether there is room.

The rest saves three rounds of email: group make-up, ages, leaders, how you travel, rough budget per person. Telling us the budget does not push the price up — it gets you a proposal you can actually accept instead of one you cannot.

If your dates are flexible, say so: in high season a week either way can be the difference between no and yes.
