We reply within two working days, and if a group does not fit we say so immediately rather than keep an option open that will not happen.
Allotments and seasons
Recurring volumes and seasonal arrangements are discussed directly. They are not published rates: they depend on period and length of stay.
Invoicing
Italian and foreign operators alike. VAT number, billing address and payment terms are settled at confirmation, not at check-out.
What is useful to know before proposing us
The four hostels have genuinely different capacities. Reggio Emilia is the largest; Campiglia is the one with a restaurant serving guests every evening, which makes it the choice for full-board stays away from a town centre.
Ferrara and Parma are compact and on main railway lines: a group can arrive and move without a coach, which changes the cost structure of an itinerary.
Rooms are shared and private, in different proportions by site. If your client expects hotel-style single rooms throughout, tell us early: sometimes the answer is that we are not the right fit.
