Short answers. Where something depends on the individual hostel, we say so instead of giving a general answer that turns out to be wrong on arrival.
Can I book on this site?
No. This portal helps you choose where to go; availability and booking are on each hostel's own site. For groups of ten or more there is a request form instead.
Are there private rooms?
Yes, in all four hostels, alongside shared ones. The proportion varies by site, and so does whether the bathroom is private.
Is breakfast included?
It depends on the hostel and the rate. It is one of the things to check on the local site before booking.
Is there an age limit?
No. The name is part of the cooperative's history, not a restriction: solo travellers, couples, families and older guests all stay with us.
Can I cook?
All four hostels have a restaurant on site, which is the usual arrangement. Self-catering facilities vary: ask the hostel directly.
Do you take groups of under-18s?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. House rules and responsibilities are agreed in writing before departure.
Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
Generally yes. Confirm with the hostel, since the arrangements differ.
Do you have rooms accessible to people with disabilities?
All four hostels have accessible rooms and bathrooms. Tell us your needs when enquiring so we can organise properly.
