You send one enquiry, it reaches a person at the hostel you chose, and you get a reply within two working days. If your trip covers more than one city, the hostels coordinate between themselves and the enquiry stays a single one.
Before confirming we speak to whoever is accompanying the group. It is not a formality: it is how the things that would otherwise surface on arrival come out first — how rooms are split, food intolerances, what time the coach actually gets in.
Whatever is agreed is confirmed in writing: menus, timings, rooms for group leaders, payment terms.
